What you help us do
- Find fast-moving software companies.

- Start relevant conversations.
- Follow up consistently.
- Create useful SalesVines content.
- Turn product activity into external proof.
- Get interested people into conversations and demos.
- Help opportunities continue moving instead of disappearing.
- Learn what is working and repeat it.
The daily question is: what can I do right now to move SalesVines toward its next customer?
SalesVines
SalesVines is the product we are growing.
SalesVines is CalnFlow’s visual relationship management product. This role helps it grow through relationships, clients, and partnerships.

Tools that help
SalesVines is what we are growing. SnapClap is available when a visual map would help.
- SnapClap — Turn a video into a visual map you can scan, save, and share.
Turn product work into marketing
CalnFlow can remain the company identity. Use content to help SalesVines become understood, trusted, discussed, and sold.
Take something happening in the work — a conversation, a relationship, a customer problem, a founder explanation — and turn it into something externally useful.
Do not create content simply because we need to post. Product activity should create marketing material. Marketing material should create conversations. Conversations should create opportunities.
Product testing
Some Growth Coordinators also participate in product testing. Required testing should still be completed when assigned. After required product work, return to the primary mission: move SalesVines forward.
Paid time + commission upside
Growth Coordinators may be paid for their working hours. Required work is paid. Commission does not replace normal compensation.
Qualified opportunities the person originates or materially advances may generate commission according to the applicable CalnFlow commission plan. Commission rewards outcomes and follow-through — not invented activity quotas.
Useful movement
We do not want 100 emails a day, arbitrary call quotas, meaningless LinkedIn activity, or invented KPIs that reward looking busy. We want useful movement. The person should increasingly develop judgment about what the next useful action is.
How the work works
Find → Engage → Create → Convert → Learn → Repeat
FIND
Find software companies that appear to be building and shipping quickly. Find the founders, executives, product leaders, engineering leaders, or other people who can understand the problem SalesVines solves.
ENGAGE
Research them. Follow them. Comment thoughtfully where appropriate. Email or message when there is a legitimate reason to. Reconnect and follow up. Find ways into real conversations rather than generating meaningless outreach volume.
CREATE
Turn real work into useful marketing: conversations, relationships, customer problems, and short explanations. Content should help somebody understand SalesVines or start the next conversation.
CONVERT
The objective is not likes or activity for its own sake. Help interested people take the next step: Post → Interest → Conversation → Demo → Follow-up → Customer. Schedule demos and founder conversations when appropriate. Help prepare for them. Follow up afterward. Keep promising opportunities moving.
LEARN
Record what happened. Notice what gets responses. Notice which companies understand SalesVines quickly. Notice what content creates conversations. Choose the next useful action and repeat.
Working philosophy
We care about productive moments more than performative hours.
We look internally first.
Start a conversation
If this sounds like useful work, raise your hand. Lightweight on purpose. Just enough for a real conversation.
